Select the background you wish to use with your MSN Messenger. Right click on the image and save to your computer. (ex: To a background folder on your desktop or documents)

Open Messenger, Click On Tools, Select Backgrounds -

Select Browse, search for the background in the location it was saved,

Then Select "Set default".
